Aero GP officially launched in 2005 as an international motor sports series with the first event taking place in Slovenia. Since then the series has steadily grown and visited different countries around Europe. The 2009 season sees Aero GP travel outside of its traditional European home and take this spectacular brand of air racing to the United Arab Emirates.

With further discussions taking place with other venues around the world, 2009 promises to be the most exciting season yet.

Aero GP’s flexibility means the competition can be held in populated city centres, auto racing circuits, desert dunes, famous landmarks, resort beaches, mountainous airfields and well-known exotic locations.
