After many years of working to promote and revitalise air racing and air sports in Europe and the UK, Aero GP was very proud to announce its visit to Blackpool in June 2008. The Blackpool shoreline is naturally designed for Aero GP – the 3-tier sea front boardwalk making a perfect viewing platform for the thousands of spectators who attended the event. The Aero GP was the culmination of a week of activities to recognise and celebrate the actions of war veterans.
